Forgot my password

Here are the instructions to access your account when you forget your password

1. Go to https://app.fast.cm/, that's the sign-in page, and click on

Forgot password?

 

2. For the user name use the email linked to your Fastcard account, and then click on

send code

 

 

3. We'll send you a code to your email, please copy and paste that code. 

If you don't receive the code in a few minutes, click on resend code. 

4. Type a new password, click submit, and try to log in again.
